Do you work alone or with a team?
Every project is led by a single, dedicated point of contact — your privileged contact throughout the adventure. Depending on the scale of the event and the number of guests, a coordination team reinforces our presence on the day to guarantee flawless execution.
How many events do you take on each year?
We take on between 10 and 15 events each year. This volume is deliberately kept small to preserve the quality of our support, ensure genuine availability and maintain the level of excellence our clients expect.
Do you only organise weddings in Marrakech?
Marrakech is our home ground and the heart of our network, but we work throughout Morocco: Essaouira, Atlas, Agafay desert, Fès & Tangier. Our horizons keep expanding, through the encounters and the projects entrusted to us.
Do you have a portfolio of the events you've organised?
Yes, you can discover a selection of our events on our website, in the sections « Portfolio » and « Journal », as well as on Instagram, where we regularly share glimpses of our work.
When should I contact you?
For full planning, it is best to reach out to us as soon as the project takes shape — generally between 12 and 18 months before the desired date — though we can also adapt to shorter timelines. For day-of coordination, getting in touch three to six months ahead is recommended.
Day-of coordination vs. full planning: what's the difference?
Full planning covers the entire project, from the first inspirations and the choice of venue through to the very last dance on the evening of the event.
Day-of coordination is for those who have already handled the bulk of the planning: we take over a few months beforehand to structure, secure and steer the day.
How do you select your suppliers?
We build a bespoke selection based on your tastes, your world and your budget. Our network of Marrakech-based and international suppliers is built on proven collaborations, shared human values and a constant demand for quality.
Do you adapt to all budgets?
We design events with refined services, with budgets calibrated to the format, the wishes and the priorities of each couple. Every project is the subject of a tailored study, and our different packages allow us to meet a wide range of budgets. A first, no-commitment conversation is the best way to discuss it.
How many meetings are planned?
Meetings are arranged throughout the project, with regular exchanges that are always adapted to your pace.
A first in-person meeting takes place in Marrakech, to get to know one another, explore the venues and lay the foundations of your wedding.
A call is then held every month. Each meeting is dedicated to a specific aspect of the wedding (venue, decor, suppliers, planning, etc.), so that we progress step by step in a structured and serene way.
My guests don't know Morocco — do you handle travel logistics?
Absolutely. It is, in fact, one of our strengths. We handle recommending accommodation suited to each profile, organising airport transfers, creating a practical guide for your guests and, if desired, arranging discovery activities before or after the event.
